At Wheeler, we understand that parents are looking for an exceptional educational experience coupled with the need for an affordable program that provides high-quality care for their family. The Nest at Wheeler program was designed to meet both these needs! Families may choose from a range of flexible options. In Nursery, if your child enters the program at 2.9-2.11 years old they can enroll for three, four, or five half (7:30am-12:30am) or full days (7:30am-5:30pm). If they are 3 years old when they enter Nursery, they can enroll for five half (7:30am-12:30am) or full days (7:30am-5:30pm).
In Pre-Kindergarten, children can choose from five half (7:30am-12:30pm) or full days (7:30am-5:30pm). The Pre-Kindergarten program is a five-day program.
The Nest is open from 7:30am-5:30pm each day. We offer afternoon care and families can drop off as early as 7:30am. All children must be potty trained to attend the program.
*Note: The annual fee is based on the School Calendar. Weeks are not prorated.
All families interested in sending their child to the Nest must complete the registration form to enter our lottery. Currently, we are in our rolling admission cycle and will select names from the lottery as space becomes available. To register, the following conditions must be met:
All families who are not initially selected will remain on our lottery waiting list. As spaces become available, additional names will be drawn. We should note that our Nursery program, in particular, currently has a long waiting list, but we are still happy to have your information in the event space become available.
