Children are honest, creative, unique, and fun and guiding them in their learning journey is my passion! My approach to teaching is grounded in creating nurturing, supportive and responsive relationships with each child and building a classroom community where students feel valued and thrive. I believe that children learn best when they make connections through play, collaborative projects and problem solving in partnerships with their teachers, peers and families.

My style is a blend of child-led, nature-based play, traditional preschool teaching and environmental education. I value joyful learning experiences that foster exploration, curiosity, creative thinking, imagination, and a connection to the natural world. I love teaching and the adventure each new day brings. Guiding young children to make discoveries about themselves and the world around them while supporting their growth and development is a special and magical journey to be a part of.
